Gas boiler controller maintenance check regularly

Regular protection twice a month:
A. Fuel supply line check: gas controller 1. Light oil filter cleaning; 2. Check the gas tightness of incineration gas pipeline; 3. Check whether the pipes are dredged.
B. View each surface: gas controller 1. Water meter flushing; 2. Pressure gauge bending pipe flushing; Safety valve test.
C. Check the incinerator: gas controller flame detector (electric eye) to clean the receiving surface; 2. Check whether the operating pressure of the oil pump is normal; 3. Check whether the burning flame is normal; 4. Check whether the sound of the incinerator has abnormal gas controller during incineration; 5. Clean the rotating cup and plate; 6. Wash the water stick.
D. Check the water inlet system: 1. Clean the water filter; 2. Whether the pump reaches the additional head and flow; 3. Check whether the check valve works properly.
E. Daily fuel tank drainage and gas controller clean debris. Water quality test, furnace water test.
F. Check whether the incineration consumption is normal.
Every three months protection items:
In addition to the above check items, the gas controller can also check items:
A. Electrical part: 1. Is the line gas controller loose, aging, failure; 2. Check whether the electrical components are reliable and overloaded; 3. Whether the electrical protection equipment is normal;
B. Open the low valve to clean the mud when the soft water tank is out of service;
C. Test boiler repoint interlock gas controller: 1. Low water orientation; 2. Overpressure; 3.Flameout 4.Exhaust smoke temperature is too high; Etc.
D. Quality smoke detection: including flue gas controller analysis and tail smoke temperature detection, to check whether the normal operation of incineration.
E. Clean the boiler body and the surface of the combustion gas controller.
Annual big insurance projects:
A. Body host part
Comprehensively organize the smoke pipe, water pipe, smoke box before and after the gas controller, the furnace part and the exhaust chamber and smoke pipe ash collection.
1. Fully open the cover to check the seal of the hand hole, manhole and other viewing holes, and replace the defective gasket in time.
2. Comprehensive inspection of all surfaces, valves, gas controllers including pressure gauges, pressure controllers and electrode water level controllers and the setting of safety valves.
B. Incinerator part:
Comprehensive arrangement of the incinerator rotating cup plate, incineration equipment, filter, oil pump, motor and impeller system, adding lubricants to the damper connecting rod equipment. The gas controller detects the incineration from the beginning.
C. Control part
Inspect and test electrical components, control line gas controller, organize control box ash collection, and test each control point.
D. Water supply system
Check the water treatment equipment, check whether the water quality is qualified, comprehensively organize the soft water tank, check the working status and head of the feed pump, and clean the valve spool of the check gas controller.
1, the air-fuel ratio of the incinerator, please reduce the gas volume, or increase the air volume, the possible reason is that the pipeline pressure has become larger (because the heating peak of the gas controller has passed, the pressure of the medium pressure pipeline is enough, which will affect the gas supply pressure before the valve group of the incinerator).
2, the incineration head of the incineration machine has more carbon, because the carbon deposit is added with the use of time, the collection to a certain thickness will affect the effect of the gas controller incineration, will also affect the detection sensitivity of the flame probe (the fire of the flame probe will form the principle of current, carbon deposit, will form resistance, the program controller test can not current will think that the incineration failure), Clean and polish the burning needle and flame probe needle at the same time.
Note: The incinerator has a window, and the gas controller must determine whether there is a flame. No flame please follow method 1. If there is a flame, please follow the method 2 to deal with it.
